A little about me…
I have been working with people from all walks of life in a variety of settings since 2007. Over the years, I’ve supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and many other life transitions.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I help you connect past experiences to present struggles without getting stuck in them—making space for healing and growth. You deserve a therapist who sees you as an individual, not a diagnosis or a number.
In sessions, I bring a mix of compassion, insight, and (when it fits) humor. I’m not afraid to gently hold you accountable, while also honoring the pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and move toward the life you want.
I provide therapy in Snoqualmie, WA, and online counseling for clients across Washington State, as well as Texas and Colorado. Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, or simply want to feel more connected to yourself and others, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I have always believed that seeking change is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you’re ready to take the next step, I look forward to supporting you in your journey.
