Anxiety

Anxiety is often the voice in your head thinking of all the things that could possibly go wrong. It is something that the majority of people can relate to but sometimes it can get so big it starts to get in the way of the life you want to live. Being in survival mode or “flight, fight, or freeze” can take a toll on your body and your relationships. Do you feel:

  • tired

  • irritable

  • like you’re worrying a lot or have feelings of dread

  • limiting your life to avoid the feelings altogether

Sometimes anxiety is connected to one or two triggers but often it is more generalized. It can feel free floating and ever present. It’s a way of coping that isn’t serving you anymore. You deserve to feel more grounded and in control of your life and I can help you learn the tools you need to help you regain control of your feelings.
